  • Eligibility to Work in the UK Declaration

  • Under current UK legislation (Immigration, Asylum & Nationality Act 2006), it is a criminal offence for Solutions4Health to employ a person or request a person to provide services to the organisation on a self-employed, voluntary or student placement basis who is not entitled to work in the UK. We are therefore obligated to make eligibility to work in the UK checks with ALL staff referred to above, to ensure that you are eligible to work in the UK, and to obtain the necessary documentation.

    Acceptable documents confirming Eligibility to Work (ETW) in the UK are as follows:

    * UK Passport
    * Full UK birth certificate along with an HMRC document showing your National Insurance number
    * Non-EU passport including current work permit/biometric card
    * EU Passport/ID Card

    It is your responsibility, as an employee, self-employed, voluntary or student placement worker of Solutions4Health, to inform us of any changes made to your documents. If so, you MUST send us your recent and updated document/s. Please contact the HR Department at hr@solutions4health.co.uk.

    Please remember that providing illegal or false documents to us could result in your imprisonment.
