Under current UK legislation (Immigration, Asylum & Nationality Act 2006), it is a criminal offence for Solutions4Health to employ a person or request a person to provide services to the organisation on a self-employed, voluntary or student placement basis who is not entitled to work in the UK. We are therefore obligated to make eligibility to work in the UK checks with ALL staff referred to above, to ensure that you are eligible to work in the UK, and to obtain the necessary documentation.
Acceptable documents confirming Eligibility to Work (ETW) in the UK are as follows:
* UK Passport
* Full UK birth certificate along with an HMRC document showing your National Insurance number
* Non-EU passport including current work permit/biometric card
* EU Passport/ID Card
